After my rant over the painted minis in the image section:

I was thinking of using Games Workshop minis to use as stand ins.
So here are my suggestions:
Tungdil Goldhand
We need a dwarf with a double handed Axe
So He can be build from the Clanwarriors box. There is also one Champion in it with a cape.

Also one of the dwarf Thains could be used.

Or this one with choped of wing on his helmet.

Or the double axed dwarf from the Mortheim Warband looks more like an Adventurer than a tank:

Bavragor Hammerfaust
A dwarf with a hammer and beer stein.
One of the drunken dwarfs might be the first choice.

Also there are two handed Hammers in the Clanswarrior box.
Balyndis Eisenfinger
A female dwarf. Well as there only is one female dwarf model it should be Queen Helgar of course. The Axe need to changed into a Hammer though.

Boindil Zweiklinge
Two axes, bare chest. A Slayer seems the obvious choice. He isn't running around bare chested in the books, but it is a good idea to make him disctinct from the other dwarfs.
Current Slayers are like this:

But a slayer with a smaler mowhawk and less beard might be more usfull. I have to look for a dwarf slayer from the 80, or 90th. I have there one in mind but need the pic.
Also there seems to be a Mortheim Dwarf slayer around who just needs some boots on his feet to be fittin (the left one):

He is still around ebay for selling.
Boindal Pinhand
Chainmail and Double handed Hammer. No Helmet.
The Old Drong the Hard mini maybe:
http://www.games-workshop.com/gws/catalog/productDetail.jsp?...
Or one of the hammerers.
http://www.games-workshop.com/gws/catalog/productDetail.jsp?...
So what do you think?
Too much fuzz for a mere boardgame.![]()
