Just gotta say, I was late to preorder the game and already had a cart full of stuff on CSI when I saw WatchItPlayed's first couple of videos on Mice & Mystics. I added the M&M preorder to my cart to hit the $100 mark for free shipping without thinking much about it.
Having said that, I have been thoroughly impressed with the way Colby has handled things here at BGG (Jerry as well, for that matter). Through a string of bad circumstances (none of which they are at fault for), they have kept everyone here frequently updated, answered questions, and gone out of their way to humbly apologize for stuff that, again, was entirely beyond their control.
I simply cannot tell you how impressed I have been with their customer service here on the forum, and they've won over a new customer. Exclusive promos or not, whether it's a certain percentage off of MSRP or MSRP and early shipping, I'll be preordering directly from PHG from now on. Thanks guys, and please note that the vast majority of us greatly appreciate all the work you're doing and all the effort you put in, both in your daily jobs and around here on the Geek.
