I got to play this one for the first time last weekend. I think it is definatly better than those before it. I was also the Lannisters, and the Stark Player put all of the tokens he could on the mountains side. He attacked the middle early and hard hoping to pull the Mountain over and then he could sweep behind and get them, but I just had The Mountain stay put (Which ended up winning me the game). What I liked most about this scenerio was that I didn't feel like I could move all of my troops every round. In the previous scenerios it seemed like every round I could move all of my troops. In this one I had to decided which troop movements were most important, and which troops could sit. Which is why I ended up leaving the Mountain in a defensive position.
