Do you have the Fantasy Flight Revised 4th edition or the Black Industries original 4th Edition?
If you have the Black Industries edition then the flow chart on the back of the instructions is incorrect. I can't remember exactly what was wrong with it, but I know it was wrong.
I have the Black Industries edition upgraded with the Fantasy Flight upgrade kit, and have printed out the revised instructions from their website which has a correct flowchart on the back.
