I've played 8 games of Claustrophobia so far, 4 different scenarios.Humans always win. Most of the time easily.
Take The Ritual scenario for example. What a joke.
All you have to do is position your 4 guys on 2 exits, and wait and watch the counter go up every turn.
The demons CANNOT enter! You're there! You can only use the A Taste for Blood special once, and then if you don't kill the humans they will just move back to the entrance. There's also 2 Terror cards, but again, not enough.
The other scenarios are similar. Take the first one. Keep one guy on the Pentacle room to prevent demons from entering, and move the 3 other ones. Since most tiles are single paths tiles, it's too easy to reach the exit with no or very few tiles where demons can enter from.
I don't understand why so many people say, even the instructions, that it's easier for the demons to win.
It's been the complete opposite for us.
Have we been doing something wrong or what? Hmm..
