The Ritual is the easiest scenario for the humans, but in general the demons have it easier.Make sure you are playing all the rules correctly. One that you seem to have misplaced is the "translation" error in the English rulebook. The red text on the Board of Destiny can be played once per Threat Phase not once per games as stated in the rule book. Getting lots of Demon cards and being able to use A Taste for Blood, etc. each turn will help your demon player out.
