- What is the problem? Will your family want you to wait until Christmas to present it to you as a gift?

From what I take away, I would probably:
- open the package and take in the components and impressions from the game and then look forward to the time when you will have the time to really play it in about three weeks
- make appointments for then, so your gaming group is ready
- read the rules and make a test-combat in the meantime, etc.

Thank you... your explanation has helped me a lot to understand what was being discussed here. But I still fill I only got like 50% of what was said.
