Thread: Descent: Journeys in the Dark (Second Edition):: General:: Do Reaper Bones Miniatures make a good proxy for descent 1e heroes and monsters?

I was just led to the kickstarter campaign here and was wondering if these miniatures would be good proxies for the conversion kit. I don't have anything from descent first edition. Any thoughts out there? To be honest, I have never actually bought a miniature, so I'm not exactly sure what to expect.
