Slow buildup you can see coming combined with the ability to retreat. Though the retreat is strong, it caps the number of units at that location and also wastes actions building up damage.
it can do at most its full health in damage, since its death isn't calculated until the ability is over.
If this is too strong (especially likely w/ other guilds that change position within a location), retreating to the back might yield 1 damage to ensure a slow decline (and to not entirely shut-out Ice).
