Where in the rulebook does it say this? im looking and cannot find it.

and is there anyway to keep track of taunts and who has been taunted and what about whos green gremlin belongs to who ever etc....... i was hoping for some tokens that allowed one to do this. Anyone have a good idea on how to handle this?
