Yes, but this time you know exactly how much willpower you need, since no cards are coming out of the encounter deck anymore. :)


And about your original 2nd question: Yes, you can play attachments on other heroes even from other players. Note, that the other player also gains the control of that attachment, i.e. you decide when and how to use it, and if a card lets you discard an attachment, that one can be affected.

P.S. The difficulty of the three scenarios has quite a steep increase. The third is once more a lot more difficult than the second. You should probably stay with the second for some time and try to beat it more often.

Here's also something about the third scenario, which you might ask yourself, if it happens. There are three goal cards that get one card from the encounter deck attached to them during scenario setup. If you draw a Treachery card here, it is also fine. Resolve its effect and then discard it. The corresponding goal card then has no card attached to it.
