More specifically regarding question 3, many items can be used outside your turn, and will generally state that they can be played at any time. Items which do not state that they can be played at any time can only be played during your turn. Iirc, those items will also specify that they can only be played during your turn.

In short, each item should tell you when it can be played.

Somehow I ended up with a version where 8 cards were different to the new ones but the one card "Verlockung Fruchtbarer Erde" was exactly the same.

It already had the 2 in front of the dahan symbol.

This topic is created discuss the balance of adding new 'boards' to Lords of Waterdeep.

I have created 2 boards for this custom expansion which I intend to create Quests, Intrigue, and Buildings for in due time.

I need your opinion on this subject and therefore I have uploaded the boards to the file section; you can click them below for a large preview.

- Do tomes worth 1 point like printed on the board ?
- monsters who allow to gain 3 citizens or a domain, is it for free ?

Welcome to is a numbers puzzle with a bit of spacial puzzle at the mix. Cartographers is a 100% spacial puzzle. Depends on your taste.

The level 5 summon is awesome (and it's bottom is pretty good), so you obviously pick that. Not seen two mini at 9.

All cards are ALWAYS playable. The filled in spaces must get a token, but if a token is on the board already, you simply don’t add one to that space. You could even play a card and add none of your own tokens to the board, but that would be a waste of a turn.

It actually is pretty simple.
1. Pick a card, and put token down in that pattern on the board. The pattern cannot hang over the board, with the exception of dashed spaces in the pattern, since those are optional.
2. Any filled spaces in the pattern must get a token, if a token is already there, skip that spot.
3. Any dashed spaces in the pattern may get a token (by paying 2 gold). If a token is already there, skip that spot.

Heal once. The whole card is not a returning effect, but happening once.
At lvl 9, you just shouldn't use this card - you'll easily have it replaced, since you already got 8 new cards through levelling.

We also asked this question in the internal document and the answer was basically:
Everything that scales with the number of players is adjusted.

If you have no previous attributes in the pair, it costs 2 EXP to purchase one.

If you already have 1 attribute in the pair, it costs it costs 4 EXP to add the second cube.

If you already have 2 attributes in the pair, it costs 6 EXP to add a third.

Etc.
